GB 23200.113-2018《食品安全国家标准 植物源性食品中208种农药及其代谢物残留量的测定 气相色谱-质谱联用法》

适用范围

适用于谷物、蔬菜、水果、茶叶等植物源性食品中64种有机磷、有机氯、拟除虫菊酯等农药残留的检测。丙酮中农药混标溶液适用于该标准的前处理加标和质量控制环节。

核心检测方法

1. 试样经乙腈提取,QuEChERS方法净化
2. 气相色谱分离:DB-5MS色谱柱(30m×0.25mm×0.25μm)
3. 质谱检测:电子轰击电离源(EI),多反应监测模式(MRM)
4. 外标法定量,丙酮溶剂配制标准曲线

检出限与定量限

1. 方法检出限(LOD):0.001-0.01 mg/kg(根据农药种类不同)
2. 方法定量限(LOQ):0.005-0.05 mg/kg
3. 丙酮混标溶液配制要求:标准曲线浓度点包括LOQ、2LOQ、5LOQ、10LOQ

质控样品要求

1. 每批样品需做空白对照和加标回收实验
2. 加标浓度:LOQ水平(低浓度)和10LOQ水平(高浓度)
3. 丙酮混标溶液加标回收率要求:70%-120%
4. 每20个样品插入一个质控样(包括空白、平行样和加标样)

关键实验步骤

1. 提取:试样加入乙腈振荡提取,氯化钠盐析分层
2. 净化:取上清液经PSA和GCB吸附剂净化
3. 浓缩:氮吹浓缩至近干,丙酮定容
4. 上机分析:进样量1μL,分流比10:1,程序升温(40℃保持1min,以40℃/min升至120℃,再以5℃/min升至280℃)

特别说明

1. 丙酮混标溶液需-18℃避光保存,使用前恢复至室温并混匀
2. 甲胺磷等极性农药需单独配制水溶液标准品
3. 基质效应显著时需采用基质匹配标准曲线
4. 每针进样后需运行溶剂空白防止交叉污染
5. 方法验证要求:相关系数R²≥0.99,RSD<15%
