标准名称及标准号: GB 23200.113-2018《食品安全国家标准 植物源性食品中208种农药及其代谢物残留量的测定 气相色谱-质谱联用法》
适用范围
适用于谷物、蔬菜、水果、茶叶等植物源性食品中52种有机磷、有机氯、拟除虫菊酯等农药残留的检测。甲醇中10μg/mL混标溶液可直接作为标准工作液使用。
核心检测方法
1. 气相色谱-质谱联用法(GC-MS)
2. 采用DB-5MS毛细管色谱柱(30m×0.25mm×0.25μm)
3. 电子轰击电离源(EI)
4. 选择离子监测模式(SIM)
检出限与定量限
1. 方法检出限(MDL):0.001-0.01mg/kg
2. 定量限(LOQ):0.01-0.05mg/kg
3. 具体数值需通过实际验证确定
质控样品要求
1. 每批次样品需做空白对照
2. 添加回收率试验:加标浓度0.01-0.5mg/kg
3. 回收率范围:70%-120%
4. 相对标准偏差(RSD)≤20%
关键实验步骤
1. 样品提取:乙腈振荡提取
2. 净化:PSA+C18复合吸附剂净化
3. 浓缩:40℃氮吹至近干
4. 溶剂置换:甲醇定容
5. 仪器分析:进样量1μL,分流比10:1
6. 柱温程序:初温60℃保持1min,以20℃/min升至180℃,再以5℃/min升至300℃保持10min
特别说明
1. 标准溶液需避光-18℃保存
2. 不同基质样品需验证基质效应
3. 每12个月需进行标准溶液核查
4. 甲胺磷等热不稳定农药需优化升温程序
