形态特性：菌落直径为1-2mm，圆形，边缘整齐，不透明，正面灰白色，中间凸起，表面光滑，质地湿润，易挑起，G＋（蓝紫色），杆菌
培养基：蛋白胨：10.0g，牛肉浸粉：8.0g，酵母粉：4.0g，葡萄糖：20.0g，硫酸镁：0.2g，乙酸钠：5.0g，柠檬酸氢二铵：2.0g，磷酸氢二钾：2.0g，硫酸锰：0.04g，吐温80：1.0g，琼脂：14.0g，pH：5.7±0.2(25℃)
培养条件：37℃；24-48h；5%CO2
培养方法：①准备上述平板 1-2 块；②安全柜中打开，用酒精灯灼烧顶部，后迅速滴上无菌水使之破裂，随后用镊子将其敲碎；③吸取 0.5mL 无菌水打入冻干管，充分溶解菌粉后，打入平板中 200μL/个，涂布均匀；④将平板置于上述培养条件下培养，菌种长出即可使用。
