2. 采用电喷雾离子源（ESI+）和多反应监测（MRM）模式检测
3. 内标法或外标法定量，乙腈中4种毒素内标混标溶液（0.5μg/mL）用于校正基质效应和仪器波动
定量限（LOQ）： 2.0 μg/kg（以贝类组织计）
注：针对STX、neoSTX等核心毒素组分，需满足80μg/100g的安全限量要求
2. 加标浓度：低（5μg/kg）、中（40μg/kg）、高（100μg/kg）三水平
3. 回收率范围：80%-110%，RSD≤10%
4. 每20个样品插入1个标准曲线中间浓度点验证
1. 贝类匀浆后取5.0g，加入20mL 0.1M盐酸溶液涡旋提取
2. 沸水浴10分钟，冷却后离心（10000rpm，10min）
3. 上清液经0.22μm滤膜过滤
仪器分析：
1. 色谱柱：C18（2.1×100mm，1.7μm）
2. 流动相：A-0.1%甲酸水；B-0.1%甲酸乙腈
3. 内标加入：每毫升样品提取液加入10μL 4种毒素内标混标溶液（0.5μg/mL）
2. 实验全程需避光操作，防止毒素光解
3. 若检出阳性样品，需用小鼠生物法（第二法）进行结果确证
4. 内标溶液开封后需-20℃避光保存，有效期3个月
