本标准适用于药物中有关物质(如Cortisone Acetate及其杂质)的定性与定量分析,涵盖原料药及制剂中的痕量杂质检测。
采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)结合紫外检测器(UV),推荐使用C18色谱柱,流动相为乙腈-水梯度洗脱系统,检测波长为240 nm。
Cortisone Acetate的检出限(LOD)为0.05 μg/mL,定量限(LOQ)为0.15 μg/mL;杂质组分的LOD与LOQ需根据实际响应值进行验证。
需使用已知浓度的Cortisone Acetate对照品及杂质标准品进行系统适用性试验,每批次样品应包含空白对照、加标样品及平行样以控制实验准确性。
